These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vivarium Crocodylus website (the "Site"). Vivarium Crocodylus is a Vivarium company and part of the Warren Federation. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Admission to and conduct within the park, sanctuary, and any program or event are governed by separate posted rules, ticketing terms, and waivers provided at the time of purchase or entry.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems; or to use any automated means to access, scrape, or harvest content without our written permission.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

Vivarium Crocodylus is a wildlife facility that houses live crocodilians and other animals. Any visit, program, encounter, or event involves inherent risks. Information on this Site about hours, pricing, demonstrations, animals, availability, and programs is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice.

Admission is subject to our posted park rules, safety guidance, and the terms and any waiver presented at purchase or entry. Guests must follow all instructions from staff at all times. Nothing on this Site is a guarantee that any specific animal, demonstration, program, or experience will be available on any given day.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, marks, illustrations, designs, photography, and the overall look and feel — is owned by Vivarium Crocodylus or its affiliates and licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

The Vivarium Crocodylus name, mark, and wordmark are trademarks of Vivarium Crocodylus. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vivarium Crocodylus, the Warren Federation, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site.

In no event will our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This limitation concerns the Site only and does not address liability arising from a physical visit, which is governed by separate posted terms and waivers.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources, including ticketing and payment providers. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any such disputes.
